There is one plan and one set of features, billed monthly or yearly. The 48 hour trial runs with no account at all, so you can put your own notes through it and see what comes back before any of this matters.

The two ways to pay

What the plan covers

Both billing periods carry the same product, because nothing is held back for a higher tier. The list below is what exists today, not a roadmap.

• Import a pasted block, a dropped file, or a folder of dated text.
• Search across every block, stemmed, so "deploying" finds "deployment".
• Entity pages for every ticket, tag, person, and host your prose names.
• The five questions: how often something came up, what appeared beside it, when it started, whether the number is moving, and what you stopped doing. There is a post working through all five.
• Threads and history: every block's lineage across splits and merges as one timeline, and every past state of a block, viewable and restorable.
• Export to JSON, CSV, or Markdown, at any time.
• The API, with per-account tokens for your own scripts.
• The mobile client for iOS and Android, with an offline cache and a capture queue that survives losing signal.

Two promises worth reading

Export is free forever, including after a plan lapses. An account that stops paying can still download everything it holds, in all three formats, because locking you out of your own writing is not a business model.

The trial needs no account, no card, and no email address. It expires after 48 hours of inactivity and its contents are cleared, so treat it as a look at the product rather than a place to keep anything.

What this does not do

Retrieval is only as good as the names in your prose. A block that says "the thing broke again" has nothing to file it under, and no amount of billing changes that, which is the argument the case for deriving structure afterwards makes at length.
